Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the general rules and expectations for using the G-Kloud website and engaging with our services.

Last updated May 6, 2026

Use of Our Website

The G-Kloud website is provided for general business information about our technology services. Website content may describe common services, service examples, and general guidance, but it is not a guarantee that every service is available in every situation.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit harmful code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Services

G-Kloud provides technology services that may include IT support, website setup, website maintenance, business email setup, Microsoft 365 setup, cloud services, AI workflow setup, and related technology consulting.

Specific service details, timelines, deliverables, pricing, support expectations, and responsibilities may be agreed through proposals, invoices, written communication, or separate service agreements.

Quotes, Proposals, and Payments

Quotes and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Additional work, scope changes, third-party fees, licenses, subscriptions, taxes, or provider charges may require separate approval or billing.

Payment terms, due dates, deposits, recurring charges, and cancellation details may be listed in a proposal, invoice, written communication, or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, approvals, account authorization, content, credentials through appropriate secure methods, and any materials needed for G-Kloud to perform the requested work.

Clients are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, ownership of their accounts, and compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms they use.

Website and Technology Work

Website and technology work is performed based on the agreed scope and the information, systems, access, and third-party platforms available during the project or support request.

Timelines may depend on client feedback, provider response times, domain or DNS propagation, platform limitations, access availability, and other factors outside G-Kloud's direct control. Work outside an agreed scope may require a separate quote or approval.

Third-Party Platforms

G-Kloud may help clients configure, support, or coordinate services involving third-party platforms such as Microsoft 365, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, Google services, QuickBooks, analytics tools, payment or invoicing tools, and other business technology providers.

Third-party platforms have their own terms, pricing, privacy practices, security settings, limitations, and availability. G-Kloud is not responsible for third-party outages, provider policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, data handling, or other issues outside our control.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

G-Kloud works to provide practical, reliable technology support and implementation services, but no website, email system, IT service, cloud service, AI workflow, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Service interruptions, technical issues, security events, software changes, provider outages, internet connectivity problems, and user or device issues may occur even when reasonable care is taken.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding, graphics, text, and materials on the G-Kloud website are owned by G-Kloud or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without authorization.

Client-provided materials remain the responsibility of the client. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, third-party assets, software, templates, or custom work may be described in the applicable proposal, invoice, written communication, or service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, G-Kloud is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside G-Kloud's reasonable control.

These terms are intended to describe general expectations and do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

G-Kloud may update these Terms and Conditions over time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means the updated terms apply going forward.
